The aluminum frame measures 496 x 992 mm and is part of the 55 frame system. This system consists of module frames in various sizes that can be easily assembled and disassembled without the use of tools.
The frames have a continuous hole pattern along the inside and outside, allowing for various configurations using the joints. This versatile construction can be adapted to different exhibition needs and allows easy replacement of graphic messages, whether they are fabric banners with rubber edges or graphic panels.
The frames are screwed together and can be disassembled on all four sides, making them compact for transport and storage.
Mounting graphics
The rubber edge of the fabric banner is pressed into the groove along the edge of the frame. It is recommended to start at the sides and finish at the corners of the frame. This will ensure the fabric banner is tight and even in the frame. See also our assembly guide. For graphic panels, attach Velcro in the wide inner groove on the frame and on the PVC panel. Then, simply secure the panel by placing it on the Velcro in the frame.
